Embassy of Georgia and Yongsan Cultural Foundation Sign Memorandum of Understanding

On August 24, the Embassy of Georgia hosted a ceremony to mark the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Yongsan Cultural Foundation.

The memorandum was signed by Mikheil Tigishvili, Chargé d’Affaires of Georgia to the Republic of Korea, and Lim Hyung-joo, Chairman of the Yongsan Cultural Foundation.

The memorandum aims to strengthen cultural cooperation between Georgia and the Republic of Korea through joint projects. As part of this cooperation, the first major Georgian cultural events are planned to take place in Seoul in 2027.
