Ambassador's meeting with the Vice-President of Korea International Trade Association
On February 19, 2023, Ambassador of Georgia, H.E. Mr. Tarash Papaskua held a meeting with the Vice-President of the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) Mr. GI-Hyun KIM. KITA unites close to 72000 Korean enterprises and its main goal is to promote and facilitate global trade. During the meeting, the parties reviewed the development of bilateral trade, highlighted the importance of launching of the FTA negotiations between Georgian and Korea in the nearest future, as well as the importance of timely conclusion of negotiations on the Agreement on Reciprocal Promotion and Protection of Investments.
Ambassador Papaskua provided the KITA VP with detailed information about the current economic trends and developments in Georgia, as well as the business and investment environment of Georgia.
