Ambassador's meeting with the President of Hanjin Travel

On April 20, 2023, Ambassador Tarash Papaskua held a meeting with the President of the largest travel company of the Republic of Korea, "Hanjn Travel", Mr. Kyo-wook Ahn. During the meeting, issues of renewal of charter flights between the countries were discussed in order to promote tourism and people-to-people connections. The parties also emphasized the prospects of future cooperation.  Ambassador provided Korean side with detailed information about the tourism potential of Georgia. "Hanjin Travel" is a subsidiary company of Korean Air, which conducted a number of charter flights to Georgia in 2018 and 2019.
