Meeting with the Director General for Trade Agreement Negotiations at MOTIR

On March 4, 2026, Mr. Mikheil Tigishvili, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Georgia to the Republic of Korea, met with Ms. Janghee Kim, Director General for Trade Agreement Negotiations at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Resources of the Republic of Korea. 

During the meeting, the parties discussed the signing and subsequent ratification of the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Georgia and the Republic of Korea later this year.  

Both sides expressed their readiness to continue close coordination and cooperation to advance the process.
