 Ambassador Mr. Otar Berdzenishvili was born in Tbilisi, on September 19, 1978.

1995 Completed Tbilisi Secondary School N 1.
1995-1999 Graduated from Humanitarian Technical University, Tbilisi, with aBachelors in Public Administration.
1999-2001 Master of Public Administration, Georgian Institute of PublicAdministration Tbilisi, Georgia.
